TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Free Shipping & Handling. No Hidden fees.
• Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If an item is received back and it is missing it's packaging or is not in it's new condition then a 30% re-conditioning/used goods fee will apply as the unit is then not sellable as a new unit.
• SALES TAX: Maryland State deliveries will be charged sales tax.
• We are unable to ship to a PO Box or an APO address.
• International Shipping: Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship to the US & Canada
• Scenic Corner is not the manufacturer of any of the items found within the Scenic Corner site and assumes no liability for incidents of personal injury.
DELIVERY TIMES: Scenic Corner orders ship out fast, most often within 1-2 business days! General delivery time is within 8-15 business days, often sooner. Most items ship via UPS or Fed Ex. We do utilize freight forwarders for larger items. Typically Freight companies contact you to set up a delivery time convenient for you. NOTE: OVERSIZED FREIGHT DELIVERY IS CURB SIDE ONLY. Drivers can charge a fee if you require them to bring the item onto your property.
Damaged items: If your item should get damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately (same day if possible via email: sales@sceniccorner.com). Do not use the merchandise and the original carton and packaging must be kept for inspection by the shipping company.
What if I need to return my order?
• Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable & customer pays return freight, unless the return is due to our error of course.
• All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
• If an item is received back in used condition or is missing it's original carton or packaging a 30% re-conditioning/used goods fee will then apply. This is because the unit is no longer "new" and can not be sold as such.
• We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
